Walker Engineering Airsep CCE closed-crankcase air cleaner for Caterpillar C30, C32 and C32B marine engines, supplied complete with the 12 inch Cat 207-6870 air filter element and the 270-7257 internal coalescing filter set — the Cat maintenance label on the housing lists both numbers (see photos). The Airsep replaces the standard air cleaner and the open crankcase breather: it filters the intake air, draws crankcase gases through the coalescing elements to separate out oil mist and returns the clean gas to the intake, so the engine room stays free of oil mist and breather drip and the engine meets closed-crankcase requirements. It is the assembly fitted when a C32 is repowered or refitted, or when a damaged or oil-saturated Airsep housing is replaced; the elements alone, 207-6870 (now listed by Cat as 620-8585) and the 270-7257 coalescer set, are service items changed every 500 to 750 hours per the label. Supplied with the housing, silencer lid, V-band clamp and the Walker Engineering serial plate fitted. Condition: brand new, still in the factory shipping wrap marked Remove Wrap Before Starting Engine.
