The label reads 4465393 / 12V / 14L21A and the pump body is moulded 4465412 12V and 14L21A USA (see photos). The transfer pump lifts diesel from the tank and pushes it through the filters to the high-pressure fuel pump, and primes the system after a filter change or a run-dry, so it is the part replaced when the engine is hard to start, stalls or loses power under load, or will not prime.
